| The customer understands and agrees that all charges are assessed from Cloud 9 Limousine & Transportation Service, hereby referred to as Cloud 9.
The credit card holder authorizes all unpaid deposits and balances either verbally or by signed acceptance in the contract. The customer acknowledges full responsibility for the repair and/or replacement of part caused by any damage to the vehicle that is a result of the customer or any member of their party.
All accounts not paid as due and agreed upon, either verbally or written, will be charged interest at the rate of 18%. If this agreement is placed in the hands of an attorney and/or collection agency, the customer is liable to pay all fees and/or dues assessed. Cloud 9 will not be held liable for any and all items left in the vehicle at any time.
Due to the structural engineering of the vehicles, if any breakdown or mechanical trouble should occur, the customer is subject to down time only, and cannot recoup or file suit for any further retribution.
Although Cloud 9 will attempt to allocate a reasonable time to a lot for traffic, it is not responsible for delays due to said traffic, nor is it liable for delays caused by accidents, or any of nature that prevents prompt arrival.
Cloud 9 will, however, provide compensation for said delays in form of additional time, not to exceed time lost by the delay and/or traffic, at the end of the charter. Reservations require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit that will be taken at the time that the reservation is made and both parties, customer and Cloud 9, enter into contract.
All reservations canceled within 72 hours of the date of service will be charged in full, unless otherwise consented and stated by Cloud 9 or its representative. Cloud 9 reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time at full cost to the customer and/or credit card holder.
In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 55841.1(a), consumption of alcohol by passengers less than 21 years of age is prohibited. Vehicle and color request are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. |
